Spanish mustangs roam freely around Deep Blue and the northernmost 4x4 beaches. You'll regularly see them graze and play around our house and surrounding dunes. Please help us preserve their health and sanctuary: never feed and stay at least 50 feet away. Here’s a few safety instructions.

Deep Blue is only accessible with a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Driving on the Outer Banks beaches is much different than driving on paved roads.
